About the client

The client is a therapy center which services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and hypnotherapy. The client is located in USA. It's consisted of a psychiatrist, psychotherapists, and hypnotherapists that render several types of services.

Business challenge

The client's goal was to create an app so that the patient would be able to self-book an appointment with the doctor through the website and through the new mobile app. It was important to get rid of admin involvement in processing applications.

With the app developed from scratch, patients can fully book an appointment with a doctor on their own via the mobile app. In this case, the app allows you to choose the service, doctor, appointment location and other details individually.

Delivered solution

The client has received a new version of its website, a fully functional application for their patients, as well as the integration of CRM systems. Our developers took a comprehensive approach to the issue, working on the perfect solution for the client over the course of several months, starting from UI/UX design and finishing with the implementation of new features into the created application.
